What if I need to modify my order?

We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed, however, we are able to cancel the order, before being dispatched. Please get in touch with Customer Care/Support as soon as possible after making the order, on info@carblix.com or +386 (0)5 6771 662, if you would like your order to be cancelled.

Can I send a gift to someone at a different address?

Yes – just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we can send your gift straight to them.

How can I track my delivery?

All orders are shipped quickly, discreetly and standard worldwide shipping by registered post with a tracking number. All orders sent With Post of Slovenia, GLS, DPD or DHL are trackable, so you’ll know when your goodies are about to arrive. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please get in touch with Customer Care/Support as soon as possible after making the order, via email at info@carblix.com, or by phone at +386 (0)5 6771 662 and we’ll do our best to make necessary changes. Please be sure to have and/or include your order number, tracking number, and correct shipping address
